The legal framework governing our technical services, AI automation, and product engineering partnerships.
1. Service Scope
AM3 Group provides AI automation, SaaS engineering, and technical consulting. Our services are provided under formal Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). Usage of our public website and sandbox environments is governed by these terms.
2. Sovereign IP Ownership
All innovative methodologies, frameworks, and foundational code developed by AM3 Group remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a specific SOW. We guarantee our clients full ownership of the custom business logic and application-level IP we build for them.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering AM3's internal products (NxStack, Dellworth, etc.) or utilizing our AI infrastructure to create harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% architectural accuracy, AM3 Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or data-driven AI decisions made by custom-built models.
